Frequently Asked Questions
How does the credit system work?
Credits are our flexible currency. 10 credits = $1. Buy credit bundles with bonuses (8-25% extra credits), then redeem for any Goal Pack or Story Pack. Credits expire 18 months after purchase (Power Bundle credits never expire).
What's your refund policy?
7-day full refund if credits are NOT used. Once you redeem credits for a pack, no refunds. This ensures fairness since AI processing costs are incurred when you generate photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
How long does generation take?
Goal Packs: 1-3 hours. Story Packs: 2-4 hours. You'll receive an email when photos are ready. Processing time depends on current queue and pack size.
Can I use photos commercially?
Yes! You own full commercial rights to all generated photos. Use them anywhere—LinkedIn, dating apps, business cards, websites, marketing materials, etc.
What if I'm not satisfied with results?

How do Story Packs differ from Goal Packs?
Goal Packs = variety headshots (static shots, many backgrounds/styles). Story Packs = narrative photo sequences (12-18 photos telling a story, like "Conference Speaker" or "Coffee Shop Creative"). Story Packs require a Goal Pack first because they use your fine-tuned model.
How do I earn free credits?
